King Deluxe turns 4

One of our favorite Canadian labels, King Deluxe, recently turned four years old and they treated the world with their annual compilation showcasing some of the best talent on their roster. With new tracks and collaborations from Jacob 2-2, Muta, Himuro Yoshiteru, Alphabets Heaven, Julian Mier, Magical Mistakes, Segilola, A Thousand Years, and Calvin Cardioid; it's very clear the type of sound this imprint has garnered over the years. Shining light on the future with glitched broken-beat electronics and coasting on cruise control with mellow feeling intricacies - each producer brings a special unique sound to the table that is worth a note.

The slickest cut from the compilation, 'Divide, Multiply', just happens to be the only track that has gotten some visual treatment at the moment. Check out the beautifully animated music video by the talented Japanese sound & graphic designer, Keita Onishi below.
