The compilation of sounds come from a variety of underground self-produced recordings from cellphones throughout the Sahara region. Its absolutely incredible to hear such a refreshing amount of soul and tune-filled instrumentations coming from this particular part of the world. The eccentric camel-riding pop galas have a certain charm to them that makes you immediately fall for them and their innate classical vibes. If you enjoy any type of cultural or world music I highly suggest you take a close listen to these...

I just want to thank "Thats Deck" for making this download possible. People like myself without MP3 players and/or superfluous money to spend on music can sometimes miss out, which sucks when one is an audiophile. Desert blues is one of my favorite genres, so MFSC has truly made my life more awesome. Seriously.
Of course, the biggest thanks goes to Sahel Sounds and the musicians contributing to this project...I hope they keep it coming!
